Types of Private Yoga Sessions

To get started, determine the type of yoga session you prefer (Informed or 3-in-1)
and then send me an email to schedule your appointment.

60 minute session – $65

Informed Yoga Sessions

Informed Private Yoga Sessions focus on fine-tuning yoga postures and body alignment. These sessions are ideal if you:

  • Want to improve your form in specific yoga postures
  • Are a beginner who wants to focus on form and learning yoga basics
  • Want to advance your yoga practice by developing more strength, flexibility and comfort with particular postures
  • Want to learn how to modify yoga postures to reduce the risk of injury due to physical injuries or limitations

3-in-1 Yoga Sessions

Are you tense or stressed out? Is it a struggle to slow your mind down even when you want to relax? Do you want to learn more about meditation? T3 Yoga sessions are for you. The 3-in-1 session combines breath work, yoga, and centering techniques. You’ll learn practices designed to reduce stress, release tension, and calm your mind.

 3-in-1 Yoga is ideal if you want to:

  • Learn natural techniques for stress management
  • Explore meditation or breathing practices
  • Release tension with a more gentle practice
  • Learn grounding techniques to calm and focus your mind and energy
Breathe – Stretch  – Center

3-in-1 Yoga combines these three elements:

Breathe

You will learn breathing techniques to relax your body and calm your mind.

Stretch

During our session, I will develop a yoga practice designed to release tension in your body. The practice is tailored for your body and physical needs – perhaps you need to simply stretch in a chair, require restorative yoga or need a more physical flow to release tension.

Center

Centering practices help you tune in and slow your mind down. These grounding practices may involve mediation, guided visualization, or gentle moving meditations based on qigong forms.
